In order to improve deliverability of your email campaigns, we recommend that you create a Sender Policy Framework (SPF) and DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) record for your domain. The objectives of creating these records is basically (in a laymen's terms) the setting up of conditions for your hosting server to give permission to Appxonic Email to send bulk emails on your behalf.
This will prevent spammers from sending messages with forged "From" addresses at your domain. Recipients can refer to the SPF record to determine whether a message purporting to be from your domain comes from an authorized mail server.

Note: Editing DNS might affect your domain/hosting/emails, as such, if you are not familiar we recommend the hosting provider or seek our assistance .
